1. Invoice Payments:
- Invoice payments must be made within 14 days after issue. A 10% late fee will apply to any invoice payments not received by the due date.
2. Collection Fees:
- If we need to send the invoice to a collection agency, all fees and costs of collection will be passed onto you.
3. Termination of Service:
- If an invoice is more than 28 days overdue, we reserve the right to terminate your service without further warning. All data will be lost upon termination.
4. Payment Methods:
- Invoices can be paid securely online at cartlandgroup.au/pay.
- Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or PayPal.
5. Jurisdiction:
- These terms of service shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

6. Transition for MD Media Consulting Clients:
- Clients who have transitioned from MD Media Consulting are now subject to these terms of service.
7. Additional Terms for Specific Services:
- Some services like web hosting and domain name registration are subject to additional terms of service found on our website policy bank. In case of any conflict, these terms of service will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
8. Work Delivery and Revisions:
- We try to uphold all delivery dates, but reserve the right to push back work by two business days due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Work revisions will be subject to additional fees.
9. Copyright and Usage:
- When you commission us to complete a project, you are purchasing the copyright in the work, assigned upon receipt of full payment.
- We reserve the right to use extracts of the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
10. Client Responsibility:
- You are not allowed to profit from or publish work until full payment, including any additional fees, has been made.
- Responsibility for checking work for spelling mistakes, errors, and literals lies with the client.
- If you provide research or sample copy, you indemnify us against any action arising from the use of this content as reference material.
11. Engagement of Third-party Contractors:
- We may engage other professional contractors to help deliver work, ensuring quality and professionalism.
